OKO MAISON offers worldwide and same day shipping for all orders placed before 4 PM CET. We ship to the Netherlands with PostNL and worldwide with DHL Express, for the fastest and most reliable service. Please see our shipping rates below.

RETURN POLICY
Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items that were bought with a discount (during a sale period or with a discount code) will be refunded as store credit.*

RETURN CONDITIONS
The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags still on the product and with its original packaging.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

Unclaimed Orders
If your order is not picked up in-store within 1 month of confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The items will then be resold or donated. Refunds will not be issued in this case.
