RETURN POLICY

We would like to inform you that our return and refund policy allows for exchanges and refund requests within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Please take note that the returned item must be dispatched within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, including the original tags and packaging.

In cases of international returns due to refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, please be aware that a restocking fee of €40 will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.

For items purchased at a discounted price (during a sale period or with a discount code), the refund will be provided in the form of store credit.

It's important to note that if you choose to return your products, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return label. Additionally, in the event of any loss of the returned product(s), the responsibility lies with the customer, not OKO MAISON. Please understand that we reserve the right to abstain from responding to this matter.

If you're a non-EU customer looking to make a return, you have the flexibility to choose the courier and shipping service that suits you best. We highly recommend selecting a trackable shipping service for your return. It's important to note that we do not provide complimentary return labels, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
